1 lb Turkey Italian Sausage (removed from casings and broken into large pieces)
1/2 C Chopped Onion
1C Sliced Carrots
1 (28 oz) Can Crushed Tomatoes w/ Basil
1 (14.5 oz) Can Chicken Broth
1 C Water
1 Tbs Fresh Basil
4 C Frozen Brocolli Cuts
1 (9 oz) pkg. Refrigerated Cheese-Filled Tortellini
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients into a crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hrs.
Just before serving, prepare pasta according to directions on pkg. and add to soup
Garnish with extra basil and parmesan cheese if desired
